Cedar shake and shingle repair and cleaning using a number of high quality preservatives such as Chevron shingle oil and red western cedar shakes and shingles

• Slate Roofing
  o We use the highest quality materials and a variety of slates
       - Vermont slate (multi-colored)
       - Buckingham slate (deep grey, heavy)
       - Bangor slate (black)
       - Typical Pennsylvania slate
       - Any custom slate at customer’s request

• Tile Roofing
  o We use, but are not limited to, the following types of tiles:
       - Spanish
       - Vandahey
       - Monair

• Flat roofs
  o We specialize in the following flat roof services:
       - Torch application and/ or modified bitumen
       - E.P.D.M application
       - Metal roof modification including sand or batted seams

• Shingles
   o Our shingle roof systems are constructed from the highest grade of shingles made by GAF, Certainteed and Tamko
       - 3 tab, architectural,
       - Royal roofing (plastic)
       - Costume flashing

• Gutters
  o We offer custom installation on all types and sizes of gutters and down spouts. We specialize in half-round and K-style gutters in aluminum, copper, and other metals.

• Roof coatings
  o We offer all types of repair and protective coatings using material such as:
       - Elastic cements
       - Fabric paper
       - Aluminum coatings by monsey / henry , karnak
       - Tar coatings by Henry , Karnak

 Left untreated , asphalt pavement will deteriorate rapidly. the asphalt binder begins to weather and oixdize soon after installation. moisture penetrates the asphalt causing further damage and deterioration.  

Master Seal pavement sealer replenishes the binder that is lost thru weathering and aging and provides superior protection against environmental distress.
